Welcome to the Lowca Parish official website.

Including just information from Parish Council meetings would have led to a very dull, if officially informative website. Therefore the Parish Council have taken the opportunity to embrace the community as a whole, Lowca having a very rich history, even being shelled by a German U-Boat.
